In 2024, 322 clients walked through the door at 1201 East Yosemite Ave. Not one was handed a bill. A ministry of the Madera Rescue Mission, Doors of Hope has operated in Madera since 2003 - offering parenting classes, anger management, counseling, and more. All free. All confidential. All one-on-one.

Prenatal and infant classes
Prenatal, labor and delivery, and basic infant care educational classes.
Parenting classes
Court approved "Earn While You Learn" program for parents of children ages 0-17.
Co-parenting classes
Court approved "Learning To Work Together" classes for divorced or separated parents.
Anger management
Facilitated by a Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS-1). Court approved.
Personal peer counseling
Compassionate, confidential counseling by trained staff members.
